Common Questions
How long will it take to receive the Final photos?
Portraits: I usually send a few selects within a week of the shoot for you to choose from. Once you’ve picked your favorites, it takes me a max of three weeks to send back the completed gallery.
Elopements: Depending on whether you added 35mm film and BTS content, it could take approximately three to six weeks. I will supply clear communication and will provide previews during the process.
Concerts, Theater, and other Performances: Five social media or press-ready photos will be available within 24 hours of the show. A full gallery of 15 images will be sent approximately a week after.

Photography & Videography: Sony A7 iv
Film Photography: Canon Eos 3
Content Creation: iPhone 17 and DJI Osmo Pocket 3
Can I receive the RAW files?
I unfortunately do not supply RAW, or unedited, photos from our shoots. I’m happy to work with you to discuss potential re-edits!
Can you Photoshop us?
It depends on the request. I am happy to edit out blemished, frayed hairs, and distractions. I will not remove entire people from group photos, “Facetune” you, or change your entire appearance. We’ll make sure you look your best day of!
Can I post the images to social media?
Absolutely! I ask that you credit me as Michelle Castillo and to tag my socials (I’m @michelleneoni on all major platforms). I also please as that you do not add filters or alter the images in any way.
What should I do to prepare for the shoot?
Create a playlist of your favorite songs to play during the shoot! Eat a nutritious breakfast. Get a good night’s rest. Wear an outfit you feel the most confident in. Shake out, or dance out, those nerves. We’ll get to know each other before and during the shoot to mitigate any awkwardness. Don’t worry – we’ll have the best version of you in front of my lens.
